  电动调节阀常见故障:

  电机不转

  原因:电机线圈烧坏。如使用环境**,进水或渗透有腐蚀性的气体而造成短路或电机转子卡死不动,电机线圈就发热、烧坏。

  判断故障方法:用万用表测量电机引出线正、反和零线之间的电阻,正常值约为160Ω,如偏差过大或过小,就证明线圈已烧坏。电动操作器一投入自动,调节阀就处于全开或全关位置原因:调节阀反馈线路部分故障,无反馈电流输出。

  处理方法:检查有无提供反馈线路的电源;检查反馈线圈(差动变压器)的初级和次级是否断路;检查差动变压器的初级电压和次级电压是否正常。

  暖气管路温度不够,室温过低。排除方法:进水温度低,提高进水温度。由物业检查系统。进回水阀门以里(靠近暖气方向)漏水。排除方法:关闭进回水阀门。通知安装队维修。进回水阀门以外(靠近主管路)漏水。排除方法:通知物业半闭系统阀门;通知安装队进行维修。方法一:先将进水阀门关闭。打开跑风放气门排气,有水溢出,关闭放气阀。

  方法二:将进水阀门关闭3/4,再将回水阀门关闭后,打开放气门排气,有水溢出时半闭放气阀。

  电动调节阀手动操作费劲:填料压盖过分拧紧,试一试松动压盖;阀门内部发生意外,拆卸阀门检查

  电动调节阀没显示开度信号:开度信号线接触**或断线,检查开度信号线的连接

  执行器不动作, 电源灯亮而信号灯不亮。

  处理方法:检查输入信号极性等是否正确;用对比互换法判断控制模块是否良好。

  调节系统参数整定不当导致执行器频繁振荡。

  处理方法:调节器的参数整定不合适,会引起系统产生不同程度的振荡。对于单回路调节系统,比例带过小,积分时间过短,微分时间和微分增益过大都可能产生系统振荡。可以通过系统整定的方法,合理的选择这些参数,使回路保持稳定速度。

  Motor does not turn

  Heating pipe temperature, temperature is too low. Method: the inlet water temperature is low, improve water temperature. By property inspection system. The valve in the backwater into (near the heating) is leaking. Method: shut into water valve. Notice installation group maintenance. In return valve (near the) is leaking. Method: notify property semiclosed system valve, Notice installation group. Methods: a water valve closed. Open the valve exhaust, running water is put, close valve.

  Method 2: will fill the valve closed 3/4, again will return after the valve is closed, open valve, water overflow vent valve closed when half.

  Motorized modulating manual operation difficulty: gland too tight, try a loose gland, The valve internal accident, remove valve check

  Motorized modulating didn't show opening signal: opening line contact undesirable or break open degree, check the signal

  Do not move, actuators and bright lights light source.

  Check the input signal processing methods: polarity is proper; etc. By contrast swap method is good judgment control module.

  Regulating system parameter setting to actuator frequent oscillation.

  Processing methods: regulator parameter setting, will cause the system produces different degree of oscillation. For single loop control system, the ratio is too small, with integral time too short, differential time and differential gain over mostly may produce system. Through the method of system, the reasonable selection of these parameters and stable velocity loop.
